I love this family as if they were my own family. Chris and Tracy have two of the sweetest and brightest girls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting - or rather, photographing. I am also such a sucker for sisters who are also best friends. I'm sure they have their fair share of quarrels, but I hope they can always look back on these images and remember just how much they love each other.

I could sit and stare at the lake all day everyday. Spring, summer, fall, winter. It doesn't even matter. I was down at the beach yesterday morning for a portrait session and I as my toes hit the sand, I just stood there in awe. I couldn't think of a more perfect morning or a more perfect scene. In fact, for a moment there, I was speechless. How people live away from a body of water is beyond me. I can't imagine not being within walking distance of such a natural wonder.
It's the little things in life, such as a quite morning at the lake, that I hope I never stop appreciating.
