I’ve lost track of how many times we have done “sleep training”. What I failed to realize the first half dozen times around the block, was that it isn’t a one-time ordeal. Between teething, growth spurts, and new developing sleep rhythms, this is an ever on going process. Waves of ups and downs.
What do you get when you combine one bored mama, an antsy toddler, and a yard that serves no real purpose? A dirt kitchen, obviously.

A month ago I had no idea how to get more veggies into her. I'd been mixing them into smoothies, but I don't want to keep "hiding" veggies. I want her to know that she's eating them, and recognize when she likes them.
